Delightful Homestead Adult Family Home LLC is licensed and regulated by the Department of Social and Health Services of Washington State: Developmental Disabilities, Dementia, and Mental Health.

Our home is a modern single level home with easy access to wheelchair and walkers. We are licensed for six (6) residents consisting of six (6) single rooms with three (3) shared bathrooms, and large living rooms furnished with leather recliners and sofas.

The home has a gorgeous garden which grows flowers and vegetables seasonally, outdoor barbeque and a large fenced private backyard for outdoor ideal for exit seekers and privacy, new paint, hardwood floors, furnace, bookshelves, air conditioning, water heater, wide hallways, wheelchair accessible bathrooms/rooms, electric heated toilet seats, spacious bedrooms all fitted with smart TV’s and 24/7 high speed internet access.

We are nestled in the quiet and charming community of Fircrest, this home sits on a private cul-de-sac in a highly sought-after neighborhood just outside of Tacoma. The location offers the perfect blend of small-town tranquility and city convenience, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment in nearby University Place and Tacoma.
